I am hosting this community evening with the aim of gathering together a group of locals to discuss some current questions in the ever-evolving world of nutrition and sustainability. We have Nigel Franklin joining us from an organic farm in Sussex to discuss ethically raised cattle in contrast to supermarket offering, we will be discussing all things vegan (which will be an interesting contrast!) plus much more.
Pasture Fed Beef, Rare Breed Pork, Slow Grown Pasture Raised Chicken and Eggs | Brightleigh Farm Surrey
Other topics will include ‘what are the benefits of coffee’, ‘is red wine good for us’, ‘should we be eating oily fish for health benefits (considering the state of the oceans)’ and ‘how to and why we should eat a more plant-based diet.’ Plus, ticket holders are welcome to bring their own questions.
Come join us for an interesting evening I am sure.
