A delicious 3 course plant-based meal focusing on some of the key foods which keep Sardinians living well into their later years. In true keeping with the Sardinian eating style the courses will include high anti-oxidant, fresh ingredients. Hand-crafted ciabatta bread, plant-based anti-pasta, spinach and ricotta cannelloni with homemade pasta followed by a zingy citrus tart. Of course, longevity is not all about types of foods but eating in a wonderfully relaxed setting with like-minded people, forging social connections … all served up with a large dollop of laughter. A licensed bar will be offering fine Italian wines and beers which compliment the courses.
